With a parking meter or a pay phone?(both are nearly extinct!) A Goblin passing your Goblin, taken from your Goblin? Parked in an electric recharge spot? Pulling up to the Valet at a swank eatery? Being driven by The Stig?(or a reasonable facsimile there of?)

Up next, a Goblin with a pumpkin in it. I know, Halloween's still forever away, and I think the 1/3 of a Home Depot that is now skeletons and witches is a bit ridiculous, but it gives you time, and plus it'll be fun to see when stores start getting actual pumpkins in.

Thank you for posting this! I live in NC and there is a restaurant chain here that had to change it's name from Andy's to Hwy 55 when they expanded out of state. I bet this is the reason.

Not many ice cream shops in my neck of the woods and with it being 105+ here, the milk in ice cream don’t set right with me anymore. Can do pumpkin and holiday stuff around here though.

Was the last challenge a Goblin with a Goblin?

I saw Grant Croppers Goblin on the side of the road with his tuners hard at work on the laptop . Raiders stadium in the back ground. Was weird seeing a goblin in the wild.

Doesn't quite fit the challenge but awesome nonetheless! I've yet to see a Goblin in the wild, aside from a staged visit by @KSLunsfo while i was working in Greensboro NC for a week.

First I would have to build a Goblin.**** While I cannot contend your "better suggestion", I must admit I am suffering a severe "Goblin shortage" at my current location: Billings, MT. Plenty of pumpkins locally, but so far, not even one Goblin! I hear tell of one that has been spotted in the wild near to this locality, but it has yet to make it's self known; my camera phone is at the ready! Were I still in Ft. Worth, TX I feel sure the Goblin I helped to first solo in mid August would gladly oblige for an "Autumnal Special" avec gourd. (My suggestions were for the future.) Know that you and your Goblins are envied! My creature, GOB-BALT, slumbers, awaiting my return to my garage in the spring! I am 1500 miles and roughly 6 months away from my project. You lucky devils can likely visit your Goblin close by, probably in your garage! Goblin' On!
