9:00 AM Depart from Crossroads Inn and Suites, 1200 S Main St, Salem MO 65560
9:45 AM Stop at Echo Bluff State Park
11:30 AM Lunch at River House BBQ LLC, 331 Leroux St, Doniphan, MO 63935
1:30 PM Depart River House BBQ LLC
5:30 PM Arrive back at hotel
