Montana registration

I have been waiting since early June for my Montana plates. Has anyone else had to wait this long?

I tagged my car in MT about 2 month's ago. My 1st set of paperwork was lost by the company I hired. Once I sent them the second set it took exactly 6 weeks.

I used the $49 agency. They claim they handle about 75 registrations a day.

I went the Montana route as well and was between 7 and 8 weeks from when I submitted my paperwork till I had my plates.

That's who I used, the one in Kalispell. They lost my paperwork & I did not know about it until about two weeks after I sent it. Then I mailed them a second set of ALL the paperwork this time with tracking. Then when I called after I had received delivery confirmation on the second set they told me that had worked on my paperwork two days prior. So apparently they had my original paperwork & were either sitting on it or had "misplaced" it.

I had three different delays with 49 dollar that lasted a total of 3 months. Get in touch with them.

Got my plates late yesterday. Seems good to drive the Goblin legal.

Old post but wanted to update with my latest iteration with 49$LLC

2nd time dealing with 49$LLC and highly recommend using them.

I mailed my paperwork on a Friday 3/1/2024 and for an extra $75 I had a temporary tag 7 days later and a real plate 5 weeks later.

For me its worth paying the $75 to start driving the car sooner.

Yep, this agent is great. As long as you go into it knowing they won't hold your hand in the process, they couldn't be better to work with.

the montana broker screwed around with me for several months before i got my plates. 3 days after i left them a 1 star google review they got fired up and expedited my plates.
