V1 Parking brake Cables

I have a question. I am building a SS Supercharged with manual transmission. Do I just need to save the Parking brake Tubes or do I need the cables as well?

I was told you will not need either one for the kit since you are provided new hardware, but also advised to take them out anyways just so that you have them on hand. Mine is an 07 SS/SC.

Regardless, they're pretty easy to take out once the calipers are off. Just one bolt, a couple clips, and that floor boot. I just kept the cables inside the tubes when I took them out.

You need to keep the cables, tubes, and the handbrake handle.
