Pennsylvania Title

So after 6 + weeks of waiting , , , , , I did get my Legal Pennsylvania Title for my Goblin!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to wait for Harrisburg to receive and send my registration back to the notary, so I can get my plates.

So it is a lot of jumping through "Hoops" but, It can be done in Pennsylvania!!!!

And if this process didn't already take a long time ,, the notary sent the incorrect VIN number to Harrisburg. Now I have to wait for it to be rejected, and start over.
