Im going to purchase a goblin out of town in MI. I never buy car outsite state before so i dont know what is the proper way to do transaction. Could any one on here have any experience with that could help me out?

bill of sale (date, price, VIN, DF Kit Car, Goblin, buyer & sellers name, address)
title for the car.

Same as a regular car... maybe get extra documentation if they have it.

How do we handle the payment? Should buyer send cashier vie mail first and seller will semd the car?
how should buyer know if he will got a car after?
do we have some neutral way to proctect both buyer amd seller?

Oh, you are not meeting in person.
Maybe check out using EBay motors? I've never done that, so not sure how much it costs for a middle man.

Yeah im not meeting in person. 10 hours away and with my job, i cant leave. That is why im asking for help. This is hard

Talk to your bank. There is a way to do this. I think the bank will be a middle man. Maybe ask a salesman, or google search it, and go down the rabbit hole or research.

There are also online escrow services. I haven't used them, but did research them a little a few months ago. I think Escrow.com is the biggest one.
