V1 Shifter linkage tunnel cap and steering pieces

I am missing, I would say one of the most important pieces to the kit. It appears to be missing the tunnel cap for my billet shifter and also missing the steering wheel mounting piece that looks like a cylinder with 3 screw holes around the outside of it. What should I do?
May I add, I am not the original owner of this kit.

It looks like the sifter mount section is missing. Should be 3 pieces. The one with the cutout goes up front, the one with a couple of rivenuts is in the back for the park brake goes in back. There should be a center section for the shifter
