How long is the front brake line supposed to be? Mine's about 23 inches and there's no slack even with the wheel straight. Rear lines are shorter so I know they're not swapped.

I just got a set of brake lines in a couple weeks ago and had the exact same issue. I ended up canting the brake line on the caliper more inboard, and routing the lines under the control arm rather than above. I remove the spring and cycled the suspension lock the lock at full droop and full compression and was able to find a position that worked.
