Structural Testing

Contact @Adam or @Lonny - or @Brenda - directly to special order the track frame conversion tubes. Please ask them for their advice and instructions about installing it the correct way (don't depend upon other builders who didn't follow the directions and now have an unsafe halo). @Ross Had his conversion completed at the DF shop and it is nearly indistinguishable from an original track frame.

Hopefully he came out of that with no lasting issues, that looked pretty violent. Kudos to the design and build of the frame for coming out of that uncompromised.

****...I bet he is happy that he had the full cage. Looks like he got out of it unscathed and hopefully the main chassis isn't too tweaked for a rebuild.

I would be shocked and amazed if the frame isn't all out of whack after that. They do refer to it as the "track frame" for a reason.

Hugs for you Justin. Hope you're okay. I spun out recently and destroyed the rear right side, can't imagine flipping over! Makes me glad through that I went with a halo with double bars on it

Justin posted a video of his rebuilt goblin.

Justin Reed replied to me:
"it needed all new front suspension, right rear spindle, both rear struts, new rear wing, repaired front wing/rear uprights, frame tweaked on a jig, and the tires reseated"

For the guys that don't frequent Facebook, @Justinreed7 had some ups and downs, literally, at the event this last weekend.

Early in the day he had a small excursion down a slope but then later he set the fastest time of the day, earning the King of the Hill title.
I saw that. I was thinking to myself that is one tough brush blade on the front. Didn’t look like it was damaged at all.
