I have 245-45-17 in front & 275-40-17 in the rear. Had to use 32mm wheel adapters to make it work with the 9" rims. Also had to widen the rear fenders by 1-1/2" to make them work. Like it a lot. Looks great & the car handles well.

I am running a 32mm offset. I had custom adapters made by Motorsports Tech ..... https://www.motorsport-tech.com/ and they were not cheap. Very well made and fit perfect.

One Piece Adapter, HC to Car WC to Wheel, 2006 CHEVROLET COBALT SS 5 LUG, Studs:12x1.5, VehBP:5x110, WheelBP:5 by 114.3 (4.5 inches), CBVeh:65.1, CBWheel:73.1, thickness=32mm

I am using AVID AV-6, 17x9 Matte Black rims. Tires are NITTO NT555 G2 ... 245-45-R17 and 275-40-R17

I went with Vors wheels. 18X9 255/40 up front and 18X9.5 275/40 out back. Don’t know what the offset is. I did have to replace the rear studs and use a 5/8” spacer give me clearance of the rear coil overs.
