Did a little work today, got the steering column hooked up and quick release steering wheel mocked up. Will have to drill out the center more for the steering wheel 21mm nut unless there is another option?and drilled out the ram mount a little bigger to work with the 1.75" spacing on the steering column, waiting for the rest of the kit so I can get it to powder coating but tablet Dash coming along. Also got my obd2 adapter. Next I'll get a dash mounted so I can mount some toggle switches.

Was able to get the toe link rack installed, wired up the side mirrors, relocate the brake reservoir and install the brake proportioning valve. My line into the tee def. Wasn't right so I bent it and made it work. Looks like the rest of the kit will be here Thursday then I can send my suspension out for powder. Family will be out of town for 2 weeks so might get it done.

Had to trim some of the factory NRG mounts they stuck out pretty far past the DF mounts. Also made sure the front splitter had all the bolt holes needed. I'm wondering if because I can move around in neutral with the shift but can't actually put the car in gear due to no fluid? At least I know now I'm in neutral. Thanks Ross

Powder coater said a week for parts so hopefully over a 4 days weekend I can get everything out on. Dropping parts off Monday. Finger crossed

that shouldn’t matter. You may have the cables backwards, though.

Wired up the rocker panel, hooked up my relays and tested. All good so far. Got too hot so inside watching Netflix and frozen pizza and beer. Tomorrow tubular control arms will be here so I'll put those on and I'll paint calipers and take it easy.

Everything installed tires on ride height is about 4.5" at front intercooler exiting the frame rail on 15". Did a string alignment. Caster seems to be 12 degrees although it followed the 4 turns out build video. Camber is around .25 to .45 all the way around and toe is 1/16 in each side. Got the seats in just need to do the shoulder belts I did the waist and 5th belt prior to seat install. Called the local registering office need the MCO and invoices which I have need to get the car weighed and I'll be good per them. Last thing I'm waiting on is tail lights which are on there way then ready to go!!!.

Looks good

Don’t forget to put the body work on, so they don’t think it’s a dune buggy.

Tony Lindemulder, email tuned it. Several 3rd gear pulls on the street and cruises to get the trims right. When it started getting sketchy on the hwy hit the dyno for about 6 4th gear pulls. It was pretty warm so the intercooler wasn't helping much. 138° IAT after 6k. great guy answered all my questions was pretty quick to.

Only problem I had was when we went to 21/22 degrees of timing car didn't make anymore HP. And had no knock. The compressor wheel of the turbo is the same as a s257 with 58/76 but the turbine is 60/55 while the s257 is like 70/61. So the turbo is basically maxed can't push more exhaust out. Now what I know about turbines I wouldn't have bought the 3076 probably. Looking at a gtx3576. Same compressor at 58/76 but turbine is 68/62. Very similar to the 257.Should net me another 50 or so up top. Car sees 25psi by 4200 and pulls hard all the way to 7200k.

Tony tuned another lnf 257 on e47 at 27psi and 21* put down 485. So room to grow 30+ when I build the motor. Very happy with the numbers but was wondering why it wasn't 450ish and when I look at the graph it kind of flattens out up top so I know it's the turbine wheel. Smooth graph tho.

looked them up, there not far from me. I still have stock turbo but did the tune myself so there is room for improvement. I can get it to break loose in lower rpms.

I like where you placed the intercooler, was thinking about that but ended up putting over the motor like scott did.
