Universal bar for 5 point seat belt?

Has anyone purchased a universal bar for the 5 point seat harness? I'd like to grab one so the harness is directly in line with that. I have noticed most "universal" bars are 49" which is way too large IMO.

The measurement is 42.5" between the mounting points (I believe something around 45" would be the max).

If you are using a bar, could you let me know where you got it?

Something along these lines, the shortest I could find was 47".

Those are not really able to be used in a Goblin. They are designed to be attached to stock seat belt shoulder mount points and then the other bars attach in rear seat belt mounts.

See if a VW Beetle (original) or something from a British Leyland model (MG, Triumph, etc.) will work.

I picked up some DOM and some flat plate and going to make my own.

I emailed DF, and they sent me a pair of harness bars that fit perfectly in the goblin frame (welding required). I don't remember how much it cost, but it was very reasonable.

Get someone to weld it, put some paint on the new harness bars, and you're done. I know welding scares a lot of people away, but that is probably your easiest, cheapest, and best option for a harness bar.

I sure do, though it's hard to get a good picture with all the stuff in the way.

The bars came pre-cut to the right length, and the right angle. The fit was basically perfect without any modification from me.
