V2 Wheel setups

Is there any information other than the bolt pattern for wheel dimensions that we should expect to fit? Any particular range of offsets, width, etc that will be known to fit? I'm assuming 18" is probably a safe bet for diameter, and it states lugs are 5x114.3, other than that I'm not quite sure what to be on the lookout for.

I'm aware this is probably totally out of our control and too late, but I wish/hope we'd be able to use stock 5x112 ET35-50 wheels on the golf wheel bearings and hubs. Both because then I'd be able to use wheels I already have for my golfs, but also because the reluctor for the wheel speed sensors is in the wheel bearings and the wheel speed sensors will be necessary for a lot of the basic functions of the ECU to work. Unless they have a plan in place for the wheel speed sensors, idk.

@Adam or @Lonny any input? Next month usually has good deals on wheels and I'd like to pick some up but I still don't really know what's going to fit. 255s? 275s? What offsets have you tested with what size?
