Wiring Question

I don't remember seeing any instruction on what to do with this. Six green wires go in, they are all pinned and there is a bar (similar to a fuse bar) connecting all of them. Two of the green wires were cut out with connectors being removed, but the remaining wires all go to something needed.

Can I just cut strip and solder the group of them together?

Yes, you can cut that out, and just solder the remaining wires together.
That is the GM Low Speed LAN wires.
