V1 ZZP Z54 Turbo Issue

As far as I can tell, it appears as though there is some sort of oil leak that is internal to my turbo. At first I thought this was just some assembly lube burning off, but even after 20 mins or so of idle time, I continue to get smoke curling off of the turbo and coming out of the exhaust. It seems to be coming out of one the the bolt holes that holds the hot side of the turbo to the rest of the turbo:

Has anyone seen this before? Despite being rusty, the turbo is indeed brand new.

EDIT:
I should clarify, the oil leak is the black streak to the left of the arrow, running down the turbo housing

I bought a used 6758 here on the forums and ZZP wanted to go over it before I installed it on my build. I would assume they stand by their product. Give them a shout and let them know what's going on.

The seal went bad on my Z54 the first season. They replaced the whole unit
