I was t-boned last week in my daily driver cobalt ss. Wondering what the value would be of a finished fully optioned out df goblin kit
Vs the value of a finished basic df goblin kit
Vs the value of the cobalt ss if there is any interest for me to sell it here as a donor
Insurance valued the car at $6850, it still runs and drives, but will need suspension/steering work to the front right wheel. No check engine light. Passenger curtain airbag deployed.

Depending on the price you might have luck selling the car as a donor here. If trying to sell as a goblin, you might have worse luck selling to the general public being that the goblin is a bit of a niche market. Unfortunately where it got hit is the most important part of the donor car for a goblin build, but it is hard to tell what got tweaked from the hit.

-For your situation, I would take the Insurance quote.
-For selling as a donor, I paid $2k for my donor with similar miles and mods with it running and driving. I think other people looking for donors are trying to get to a similar price point. Almost $7k seems really high for a vehicle I'm about to destroy but others may think differently.
-For the fun aspect, building a Goblin excites me so this would be the most fun. You'd also learn a lot about the vehicle and yourself as you'll take a deep look into your own soul as you do the wiring harness.
