That is where the clutch master cylinder normally attaches. Either get a separate remote clutch reservoir or get new reservoir for manual transmission.

Can't you just T one of the brake lines and run it to the clutch?? Same fluid feeds both doesn't it??

Little bit dangerous. Means a failed clutch could quickly lead to 1/2 brakes or no brakes.

I put a T in my rear brake line, and ran the clutch off of it. That nipple is easily damaged.

The clutch Reservoir in a 05-09 Saturn, Ion is a separate unit and rather simple design. You'll need to make a bracket to mount it somewhere but should be cheap and available.
