I'll make sure to pass along your thanks to our warehouse team! They do their best to ship all orders asap but not all are able to be processed, picked, packed & shipped in the same amount of time.

Just got the email that my kit should be shipping near the end of March or Early April! Gotta Pay Stewart Transportation... Getting Excited.

Well, truth be told, I've been getting excited for about 15 months now since I bought the donor, but NOW things are ready to REALLY start moving forward!!

#380 hits the jig this morning & is penciled in as part of a regional shipment headed North/NE with Stewart Transport. #380 will be heading to Norwalk, CT!

We're in hold mode on our next outgoing shipment with Stewart headed West to NM/CO & NV as they've not given us a firm pick up date but we'll be ready for them & anxious to ship! Stewart Transport has been sent all the regional shipment info on ALL kits that are currently ordered & scheduled to ship & not picked up. They do their best for us & y'all to get them to you asap though!

Howdy! Paul is #317 & placed his December 2020 order on hold back in 2021 before giving us chassis approval. He then let us know in mid December of 2021 that he was ready to move forward. We do not run 15+ months. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us or email support. Our # is on Google & you can email support @ [email protected]

Like Goblin Gal said... I'm an odd nut... My chassis number is #317. Specially requested well over a year ago, and then when it came time to buy, I had to put everything on hold due to some unexpected life events. You can read about my past year in my pre-build thread in my signature (or HERE). Long story short, Doyle Fabrication is one awesome company who really does care about its customers!!! They went out of their way for me when life caught me very much off guard.

Here's an example of things not going as they should have: Stewart Transport reached out to us yesterday & had to drop 1 of the kits we had going out in this next regional shipment. It looks like they'll be here sometime tomorrow & headed West to NM & NV with a PACKED FULL trailer of deliveries but sadly they pulled the kit headed to CO due to not having the space. Stewart WILL be back asap to get this kit home but it goes to show that no matter how great the planning, etc., there's always a chance that something can go wrong. Adam T (#333) ROCKS for being so understanding on this delay!

Stewart Transport should be here this afternoon & taking a few kits home. Hopefully they'll be back again super soon as they owe #333 his kit after pulling it from today's shipment & then of course our next anticipated ready date for our next regional shipment after today is 2/28 with another right behind it with an anticipated ready date of 3/7. As you know, we depend on Stewart Transport for actual pick up dates but they've been doing really good & not letting kits pile up here for long!

The weather here is not the best today, especially just North of us as the roads, overpasses, etc. are starting to see accidents & closures due to them being covered in ice. Our roads here are lightly covered but thankfully not to the extent that Dallas & Forth Worth are seeing. Later & overnight may be a totally different tale. Time will tell.

Remember, this is Texas.

We're waiting to hear from Stewart Transport as to when they'll be here next.

Besides the one kit they had no choice but to pull (packed trailer) from last Friday's pick up, there are 2 other kits that will be heading out on our next regional shipment to Florida. We gave Stewart an estimated ready date on our end of this coming Monday months back so now it's a little waiting game. Generally speaking, it's not that long that a regional shipment sits here more than a week or two before they pick up. There's always the unknown though!
