Aftermarket solid shifter?

Fozda
So far this could be the single greatest discovery of my life!

3 of the bolt holes line right up. Still working on sorting out the linkages and the 4th hole but so far it's been quite simple!

Yeah, it seems to be about 2" too far forward. I'll try to tackle that first.

From the front bolt to the pivot for the shifter on mine is ~7in and I feel it could still come back another 1/2" or so for the perfect position. I've also flipped the handle assembly so it's back a little further but I go back and forth on which way I like it more.

I'm not sure I'll be able to go that far back. My seats are pretty much touching each other in the center so that limits how far back I can go.

What if you slightly milled down the back two riser mounts to change the angle a bit?
Not a bad idea! I'm going to take the base over to my parents house and use my dad's mill drill to cut the ridges off the bottom portion so I can make an extension to move the risers back. Once that's sorted and I get the linkages sorted, I'm still a bit concerned about finding reverse.

I was going to do that with mine (dash clearance) but I ended up just trimming down one of the linkage rods, which that brought the shift handle back just enough. Not sure if thats also an option you could go with as well.

to move it back, just replace the round risers with some square bar stock with a second set of mounting holes drilled 2-4" further back, heck you could almost slot it if u wanted to make it adjustable to really dial it in. then just make new rods for the arms.

I really like that idea since it will also solve the 4th hole problem!

This is a great idea. Fully adjustable.

So Fozda, Since in the goblin the shifter cables do not connect directly to the shifter you could cut/mill off the cable attachment point??
