V1 Cable Disconnect Question

I don't know how many times I connected and disconnected this thing during my build last year, but now I cannot seem to get it to come off.

What's the secret to getting this thing to disengage?

I always end up having to use a flat screwdriver to hold the tab in while I pull on the connector with a pair of pliers.

Is it the tab down inside the slot you hold with the screwdriver? The blue tab seems to be involved but doesn't really do anything.

I think the tab to be released is on the outside (left side) of that plug.
