While looking on racinggraphics.com, I found similar site racegraphics.com but total+shipping was cheaper.
They print on 3M Scotchcal film. Based on reviews on internet, this film is not the best to work with. But me and my wife ware able to wrap it without any experience, except may be door wrapping (room door) )).
My recommendation is to increase vinyl height for sides to 18" (to total size 84"x18")

Anyone used anything other than racinggraphics or racegraphics? The former is being flakey and won't reply to anything even after paying for a quote and the latter doesn't seem to have an option for custom designs like racinggraphics.

I just did a crappy photoshop of what @ctuinstra's
