ok so OLDB1 and i have turbo (SS) car we just disassembled for our Goblin build (#109) pretty sure it is a F35- based on the reading of many would be sites it appears to be very voodoo like to be conclusive. before i order the billet shifter i really would like to KNOW vs THINK. these are the tags from our designated donor:

43427

43428

i think this means final drive ratio is a 3.82 and no limited slip expected.

we also have a LOOSE (wasn't in a car when we got it) supercharged engine/transmission combo and another LOOSE turbo engine/transmission combo but I dont remember the order i took the photos. . .
43430

This one i think says it has a limited slip and same final drive of 3.82

43431

and finally THIS one has no limited slip but a final drive of 4.05

have I deciphered these things correctly?

Yes, all transmissions list the final drive ratio on the tag and would also identify if the LSD is installed - it is not in any of these. The trunk tag confirms this with the MU3 code for the 5 speed manual, but no G85 code so no LSD.

You can tell the difference between LS and non-LS by looking through where the axle insert. One you can see through the other you can’t. But I don’t remember which is which. It’s discussed on here several times if you dig.

T?O bearing pipe elbow with the bleeder screw in it, the F23 is diffe
have I deciphered these things correctly?
Only F35 uses that Aluminum t/o bearing feed elbow, the F23 is very different. Also the F35 lettering is cast into the bellhousing area somewhere near the tag and the inspection hole, more forward and down?
