V1 Joe's 2009 F40 SS/TC #470

This is some sort of electronic check valve in the brake booster vacuum line. Where do I plug this in? Does it get plugged in at all? There is nothing in the harness for it. Eliminate it? 2009 ss/tc donor.
Mine is currently installed and unplugged. Not sure what it's for but it doesn't seem to be causing any issues.

3rd. I purchased one of those obd2 tools that eliminates all lights on the dash. Does that affect the TPMS also?
I purchased one of those OBD2 things too and decided not to use it. I'm not sure if it effects the TPMS, but I was worried it might and I wanted my TPMS to work, so didn't take a chance. It was easy enough to pull the cluster apart and tape off the LEDs.

Ebay link for a TMPS sensor box. These seem to be stupid expensive and stupid fragile. Anyone have one laying around? One theyre not using?

I modified the evap vent valve case and put the Tpms circuit board inside.

(Old videos, I know, but.....)
At 5:55 of this video, it shows a large coil of nylon hose that is used to run yhe brake booster back to the engine area. Im looking at what was in my stage1 box and I don't have anywhere near that much line. Anyone have input or what you guys used? Im not feeling this nylon is a good choice as its very stiff and stubborn, might go a different route and see what the local auto parts store has to offer.

Maybe it is long enough. Ill run it and see. Maybe some sun will straighten it out.

I actually think the nylon tubing is pretty good for this application, and really what it is designed for. I don’t like it for the fuel line. I did get the correct fittings to use with it instead of trying to force it plug directly into rubber hose of the wrong size.

I straightened it out and it seems to be relaxing now. I suppose it was just in the hardware box for a few months picking up memory being coiled up.

I don't recall which box it was in, but my kit was supplied with plenty of it

I measured about 8ft of it. I measured 8ft from the booster and that puts it about halfway into the engine bay. Does that sound about right?

Ignition installed. Cut down around the old steering lock, installed with less than beautiful hardware, but its all I had today. Waiting on the mail for fan L brackets that were not in my hardware box when it arrived. Ill be able to mount my radiator and complete my stage 1 front end and then move to the back of the car. Exciting!
Small battles.

The vac feed is coming off the intake area somewhere. Front side of the engine about half way up. off the intake.

Yes. If we're aiming for the intake, then we're aiming for the right spot, just concerned about going under the tank and back up to the intake. Right now I've got the line stretched between an upright at the front of the car and a seatbelt hole at the back trying to get rid of that curl so it will play nice in the tunnel.

Hose curls can be straightened with a hair dryer, but go easy, a 1000 watt hair dryer can melt the nylon hose. Actual heat gun is likely too strong! Patience Grasshopper.

Had a long post, page reset...not rewriting it.
Hardware complaint, no fuel pump nuts, not in stage1 or stage2 hw box. Where do I look for them?
I lost my fuel pump o-ring, but did find the brake cylinder fittings for relocation, but no relocation kit.
Cleaned up the carport today, much needed.
Dropped the intake manifold, mating surfaces ok, map sensor not. Whats the other box next to it?

Realigned the fuel pump. I think I followed the video correctly. Posts fit the hat snug and the hat sits evenly. Ready for install. Need to order that o-ring.
