I got them from AutoZone. Basic high temp engine paint, silver and the top is wrinkle red powder. Not 100% sure what color but I think I may have a leftover can somewhere to check.

Thanks. My cover will be black or yellow, or both. But I really like that silver. it looks awesome. I can do High Temp rattle cans! Thanks!

Registration Update: today the main office for the SC DMV called and talked to me for a bit. Apparently I do not need a Form 401-A to request a new VIN, since DF already attached a serial to it. I thought this was enough but the local DMV said it wasn't. Either way, the main office said it was enough and they will title it now\, so I mailed them my MCO and 15$ for the title and should have it soon.

Registration Update: Still no title from the SCDMV but I haven't heard from them via phone so I'm assuming it's all ok.

Build Update: I've been contemplating a little DIY arts n crafts project for my body panels for a while now. Today I finally got some time to knock it out.

Behold, the shower-curtain hood and side panel "wrap". Yes, you read correctly. I glued a shower curtain to my goblin.

Step 1: Buy 2x large-format (108"x72") shower curtains off Amazon.
Step 2: Buy a queen size quilt batting from Wal-Mart
Step 3: ??????
Step 4: Profit

I used Gorilla Glue fabric spray adhesive to attach everything, 1/4" edge trim to cap the edges, and Gorilla Glue double sided heavy-duty tape to keep the ends secured to the underside of the hood. The fabric is, as you'd expect, sorta fluid against the batting. It has some wrinkles because of that. I maybe should have just glued it straight to the fiberglass but I was worried I'd mess up and have hard crease folds.
They make vinyl wrap in this style but it's rather expensive and I wanted to try my hand at this myself before going that route... I think it's pretty cool and very soft to the touch ;)

I also got some fitted weatherproof seat covers from the same company that made my seats, so it's a perfect fit.

Anyway, I hope you like my idea.

I've decided on my vanity license plate to go along with the cosmic theme:

What does NTRSTLR mean? Google & I are confused.
Looks good, and can protect your car from water.

That wrap almost has a 3D optical illusion thing going on! Looks neat for sure.

I really like the idea of seat covers... and now curious if Corbeau offers such a thing...

I'd assume someones made them if not Corbeau themselves. I really like having the option for weather proof covers cause my seats are denim fabric and weren't cheap and I don't want em getting jacked up.

I can understand. Seems they do offer "seat savers" which appears to be roughly the same thing. They have different models based on the seat ranging from $59-$75. ($59 for 1 cover for a fixed seat like the FX1 PRO). Also saw in the questions section that there are no holes for seat belts, so if you ever needed them you'd either have to cut slits in it for the belts (removing some of the benefit) or driving slowly and hoping you don't end up wishing you were wearing your seatbelt...

My intent is to remove them when driving. Like, if I were to ever be caught in the rain, splashed, or whatever I do not want dirt or crud getting on the passenger seat and I'll be mostly covering the driver seat.

I don't think I'll drive with them on. I paid too much to not use my seats as intended.

Peace of mind I guess. Think storage protection (garage dust, bugs, etc), trailering (elements) protection, empty seat passenger protection.
