2 weeks since zzp received back my incorrectly machined aluminum flywheel. Emailed them 2 times the past 3 days and received no reply. This is getting ridiculous.

It was a struggle hahah, Hoping to get the engine in finally as the **** flywheel showed up after 3 weeks waiting for a replacement from ZZP!

Hope this one fits. :) Assuming the black 'shafts' in your 6th posted pic is the oil galley mate up to keep correct flow and pressure?

The black shafts in that pic are the balance shafts I took out, I forgot to take a picture of the sleeves I had to pound into the block before they were in. The picture looking down into the engine picture 2 shows the sleeve seated in the block. I 3d printed a special adapter to put them in centered. Those block the oil flow and keep your oil pressure up.

So I was able to free up about 9 more pounds of weight on the rotating mass! That with the flywheel I've lost 18 lbs!

Phew its been too long huh! Got stuck in PH again haha, Back to this artic cold and making progress.

I gotta get this thing done before spring for my own sanity..

Got a bunch of the wiring done and inplace today. I'll work on fuel lines and all of the hoses on the engine. If anyone has pics showing what hoses go where that would be great!

Also where can I get a flange that bolts to the turbo exit so that I can have a custom exhaust built?

Thank!

Zzp offers exhaust flanges, picture shows the K04 flange, but don’t see it in the drop down. Maybe give them a call or send an email. Should be able to help you out

Yup, that’s it. 1/2” thick seems excessive, but will work. 3.5” inner diameter seems large though, feel like the gasket itself would be smaller than that. I just got my Z57 in from ZZP so I can measure the outlet diameter if you’d like.
If you get a chance can you measure the outlet of the z57 and let me know. I want to get a custom downpipe and exhaust for my efr 6758 and they should both be the same size because they are both made to work with the stock o2 housing. Thanks
