SC Heat exchange plumbing

Anybody have pics or want to share how the heat exchange is plumbed in up front?
There are 4 90 deg NPT to barb fittings and the Pex lines have Pex couplers that are smaller that the barb fittings. It seems like if you put the 90s in the radiator pointed at the tunnel then add hose from there to the Pex it would kink...

Thanks,. I may have used the wrong hose. I used the "U" shaped hose. Was I supposed to use the "S"?

So I am pretty much at a stand still as I do not know how the rear PEX mates with the engine. There are no supplied couplers of that size......

Plastic tubing with brass fittings. Used in residential and commercial plumbing for water distribution.

I took the U and cut it in half to make the L hose.

Also, you use more heater hose to go from the pex to the pump and intercooler, at least on a TC. Not sure which model you have.

Thanks I have a SC. I cut the "U" for the front to the heat exchange.

We supply the "U" to loop the heater core inlet and outlet on the engine. The "S" is for the heat exchanger.

Does anyone have pictures or details for SS/SC Heat Exchanger Install? Is there only two screws to hold the Heat Exchanger to the frame? Is there not a fan on the Heat Exchanger?

Yes only two screws hold it to the frame. If you did not purchase the duct kit there is a fan that ataches to the radiator.

Thank you, I did not order anything special for the SC. Only the SS/SC frame or order package.

I need to clarify I may have the fan I have not checked yet. Mainly I need to understand the rear of the heat exchange install? I see the diagrams but what hoses and parts do I use?

I was able to mount the fan and the ducts. Just had to make some pieces to space the duct plenum up a little to clear the fan.

Maybe to help along with Lonny's pics, you can check out my pictures from my build log to see how the fan fits in there with the heat exchanger. There's some from the last few posts that show everything assembled on top of it too.
