In my opinion these questions are more easily answered when they're within a single build thread. I think it helps with context, and it helps me keep track of which questions have and haven't been answered.
The barb at the throttle body was where the EVAP system connected to the intake manifold. It should be capped.
The supercharger bypass solenoid and EVAP solenoid shared a bracket. What you're holding looks like the supercharger bypass solenoid to me. I don't think the EVAP solenoid had three ports. It looks like the EVAP solenoid has been removed from your bracket.
To address a point you made earlier (perhaps in another thread), connector views and wire colors are both useful tools in figuring out what's what.
