Better volume of air across it. It could be angled but it's only 7" high and at an angle it would only see 5" of air. That and I don't have a fan on it.I like the look of the intercooler. How come you didn't angle it to follow the slope of the frame?
Should we start a betting pool on what time he comes home? I'll take 1 hr after dusk. Or dinner time.Well, he hasn't made it home yet! Just did a Find iPhone and he's all over town. On a Friday, any guesses as to when he will be home?

Our IATs went for 150 degrees (under normal driving) to 95-100 under normal and hard driving. It'll never be ambient, but it's close.
Comes with a Type 112 heatexchanger (10"x10"x2"), 5ft hard lines, fan, hose, fittings and clamps.Forgive my ignorance, but what type of intercooling setup does the SC Goblin kit originally come with? Or does it not come with anything?
Go to www.frozenboost.com/water-to-air-heat-exchanger/ and you'll see the Type 112 and other sizes with their specs. Can you post a few pics of the intercooler hooked up? I like this idea and I'd like to see some examples. Are you worried that the diameter of the inlet/outlet piping is too small?
Also, any part numbers for the type 112 heat exchanger? I can't find anything on it on the web.
I'll get some pictures of the plumbing when the car gets back home. In the meantime I'll post links to the fittings, etc. that I used. Can you post a few pics of the intercooler hooked up?
