Well I've been given the go ahead on a 10lb maximum lift by my doctor. Had both shoulders rebuilt. My right one exploded had a complete rupture of the longhead tendon, 2 holes in my rotator cuff, completely detached tendon where it connects to to back of the shoulder blade and had some bone spurs at the joint. The left shoulder was a partially torn longhead tendon, the bicep muscle that was still attached tore completely in half between the shoulder an elbow. It tore going front to back right in the middle, had a huge hole in the rotator cuff, some bone spurs at the joint and only had 1% of the natural movement of my collarbone due to arthritis. The arthritis must be due to carrying that 150- 200lbs on my back for those 13 years in the Army... But I'm soon to get back to work on my Goblin. I don't know how me and this 10 lb lifting limit are going to get along
