Post the log and tune on here and I”ll look. I doubt I come up with anything that ZZP couldn’t see. But I might be able to help interpret what is happening.

My Son, at the birth of his first child, was confused, "How can I
Love My Wife so much and now I'm feeling an equal volume of Love for this new person, my child?"............... I found an answer from a math teacher. He "Figures" that Love just isn't covered by math! "Love is singular in effect, that Love, when Divided, it Multiplies!" Congratulations! Here's hoping mucho multiplication for you and yours!

500 misfires later and we've got a start, somewhere to go off of. D@mn you cylinder #1. Have you been messing with me the whole time? What is your malfunction? I hate you.

So we did just that.
-swapped 1 and 2 coils
-swapped 1 and 3 plugs
And the misfire stayed with cylinder #1. This time I think the number was like 492 misfires in one short 2nd gear pull, so somethings surely a foot.

The talk about the bypass was my Forge bypass/recirculation valve being an issue. Once we get this thing running right Ill put it back on, but for now Ill run a stock valve just to eliminate any kind of variables.

Scotts bringing his compressions testing goodies over tomorrow and we'll check this motor out. If its good (155k on this bottom end) then Ill have to contact ZZP and see what they'll do for me as far as these OPELs go because they've got 50miles on them and at $500, I'd rather not eat that kind of money.

Updates to come.

I would focus on the coil wiring. This sounds like an intermittent contact for the connector or possibly a broken wire in the harness. Try wiggling the wires to coil #1 and see if it causes (more?) misfires.
