Need help with radiator install

Seems like an easy step but just wanna make sure I don’t mess it up, my lower radiator grommets that the pins “slide into” appear to be more like hard abs piece rather than rubber grommets and I can’t get them into the frame like Lonny did so easily in the video

Yes those are hard plastic. Maybe the powder coat is making the hole too small?

yup, had this problem too.. just sanded them down a little till they fit

Yep, powder coat makes those difficult to install. I got used to removing powder coating in several places to get things to fit.
