V1 SC porting DIY

Hi,

I have access to some CNC mills and was wondering if anyone has ported a supercharger themselves. If so, were there any noticeable performance gains?

Which specific areas should be ported or material removed from?

Just to clarify, I'm only referring to the supercharger and the inlet manifold, not the cylinder head.

Debur, radius the sharp edges in the airflow path, and match to gaskets or port-to-port alignment on the inlet and outlet sides is the place to start. A bigger port is not necessarily better as airflow velocity can be more important that air volume.

Not sure this is something that you are going to be doing in a cnc machine, That only comes into play when doing production work. One off porting is usually done by hand.
