Did your engine get the basic maintenance items?
If your timing chain jumped a tooth, you might want to check for good compression ratios, maybe a leak down test.

Took your suggestion, All 4 cylinders show comp of 150 psi.

I unplugged the fuel pump when I did the comp test but I could hear an elec motor cycling alot of liquid? A couple of days ago I thought this was the fuel pump and the return fuel. But the pump was unplugged today. Is there another elec pump for other liquid?

The intercooler pump? My IC pump runs at key on and you can definitely hear it working and moving fluid.

Found a few minutes today and got the front engine cover and harmonic balancer reinstalled. New Valve cover gasket should be here tomorrow. Still at TDC so I will look at the cam position sensor tomorrow and then double check spark at all cylinders as well. On to random Misc electrical connections and grounds if still not resolved.

Of course my multi meter died so I had to get a new one.

I've heard that the crank/harmonic bolt is TTY, can anyone confirm? I bought a couple new ones just in case since they're cheap enough. Figured that's relevant here too.

Yes they are TTY. I will owe the crank a new one but it's atleast back on!

The camshafts gear bolts are TTY as well.

Put her back together this afternoon. My month vacation is up and heading to new work assignment. Would have done it yesterday but ZZP sent wrong valve cover gasket. Still waiting on gasket. Put everything back so I won't forget!

Gave it a try and she started right up. Valve cover ground was the only ground I got to!

Back from work assignment in NM and working on the goblin.

She stared before I left and when I got back. As I have continued doing small items I have started and idled for a couple minutes. But yesterday she was hard to start and eventually would not.

I pulled plugs this morning sprayed with brake clean and wiped down. Now only cylinder 4 (furthest away from drive belt) fires and starts. It is consistent. I really had no reason to clean the spark plugs it was just a quick easy start point but atleast I got a result.

I feel like this is not a ground issue since all I have done was mount a speaker, muffler and tighten bolt at crankshaft balancer.

So, are the plugs not firing or it's just not running?

Always have to start with the basics. Spark, Fuel, Compression? DTC's?

I will check firing vs running a little later. Had to get back to work.

Bought some standard copper spark plugs and swapped out the iridium plugs. Trying to rule out things. Actually got about 5 minutes or run time, idle and short drive. Seems to be starting consistently at this time. See what happens tomorrow.

She blew alot of white smoke at first but most of that had cleared, she still has some smoke. Can't tell color till daylight.

Still have to blip the throttle at key turn to start and going into neutral she is dying. She is running very rich.
